Profile 

👉 Min 10 years experience in Marketing or a similar position

👉 International mindset (fluent in English)

👉 Creative thinker ready to challenge the status quo and think ahead

👉 Great presentation skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

👉 Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset

Capabilities

👉 Strong knowledge of the running & training categories and Marketing industry

👉 Solid leadership experience in leading a multi-functional team

👉 Expert in Brand, Marketing and trends with a deep understanding of the consumer insights in the big cities in Europe and connecting with the sales business objectives

👉 Proven ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders to deliver against business needs

Head of Running, Outdoor & Training for PUMA Europe : missions.

Lead marketing strategy on Running, Outdoor and Training categories in Europe

  • Based on insights and knowledge of the categories, decide strategic directions to be taken by PUMA at regional level

  • Create and implement a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan

  • Prepare and present marketing plans for the categories to general management and animate regular review process

Coordinate stakeholders and ensure global consistency with BU, Markets and Integrated Marketing Communication

  • Drive the Marketing vision, strategy and plan for Europe on these categories

  • Serve as the global point person to bring together key regional and local stakeholders to facilitate regional consistency

  • Set up a new way of working in Europe to push the Running, Outdoor & Training culture and the consumers experience in omni channel

  • Work closely with the Digital team to raise the assets and events activation (Olympic Games, European Championship…)

Support to European local markets

  • Oversea integrated marketing planning for key brand and product campaigns

  • Push the importance of data, KPIs and creative process

  • Extract insights from customer, market and product analytics

Localisation, home-office & date of arrival.

PUMA Headquarters are located in Herzogenaurach, (2h from Munich, 2h30 from Frankfort) and home-office is accepted up to 2 days a week. Arrival as soon as possible. International travel (up to 20%) included to liaise with local marketing teams.
