Our client
FC Versailles is a family club officially founded in 1989, though its origins date back to 1907. Taken over in 2023 by Alexandre Mulliez and Fabien Lazare, and more recently Pierre Gasly, the club is firmly focused on learning and developing young talent: players (the academy trains more than 1,200 young people every year) and staff (through training and continuous improvement). The club's mission is to make football's original benefits (educational, social, physical and cultural) accessible to younger generations. The first team currently plays in the National championship (3rd division)!
1 month to launch the season!
With an ever-growing brand image and a club on the rise, FC Versailles needed help recruiting a team of 4 people to launch their season in the best possible way. The announced timing was tight for two reasons:
- FC Versailles had already launched the recruitment process and numerous applications needed to be processed as quickly as possible, with care taken to uphold the club's strong brand image and to find the most qualified profiles,
- the club needed these 5 people as soon as possible to support the launch of their season (early August).
The BOOST solution
To meet this need, BOOST stepped in through RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), providing a team of Talent Recruiters to guarantee the mission's success.
Our goal: to help the club recruit the right people for strategic roles by helping sort incoming applications and carrying out qualified headhunting.
Addressing specific needs
Aware of the timing challenge, we set up a dedicated team of Talent Recruiters to review applications as quickly as possible. Working closely with the club, we screened more than 750 applications to identify 14 profiles. We added 5 more profiles from our proactive headhunting work.
The 11 most qualified profiles were presented to the club with all the information needed for a quick decision: candidate details, case studies, and reference checks.
The summary is impressively high quality. Above all, it shows that the value of this month goes well beyond the profiles recruited. It gives us a glimpse of a collaboration that will help us gain in quality and speed of execution. Thank you.
