Being a responsible organisation that plays its full role in society — that's what we had in mind from the very beginning.
Because a company must be useful to society, we apply this mantra to our employees and clients. We have enshrined three strong commitments in our statutes. ➡ It raises awareness among its stakeholders of the importance of promoting well-being at work, adapting working hours and respecting each individual.
This includes:

➡ It assesses its carbon footprint, implements corrective measures every year and contributes financially to the fight against climate change.
➡ It guides its stakeholders towards greater environmental responsibility through the ‘Avoid / Reduce / Compensate’ approach.

The BOOST Mission Committee 🌱
Being convinced is not enough — you must act and continuously improve. That's why we set up the BOOST Mission Committee. The concept? Meeting three times a year to ensure our missions are on track. A genuine quality check on our commitments, pushing us to always do better!
