BOOST, a mission-purpose company

We will be a purpose-driven company, or we will not be.

We will be a purpose-driven company, or we will not be.

We will be a purpose-driven company, or we will not be.

We will be a purpose-driven company, or we will not be.

Having a positive and lasting impact on our ecosystem

Being a responsible organisation that plays its full role in society — that's what we had in mind from the very beginning.

Because a company must be useful to society, we apply this mantra to our employees and clients. We have enshrined three strong commitments in our statutes. They are inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a universal programme adopted in 2015 by the United Nations for a more united planet.

1. The company promotes gender equality

‍➡ This pushes us to achieve gender equality; as an HR organisation, this is where we will have the greatest impact.
➡ It ensures that this equality is applied in interactions with its stakeholders.

This includes:

Using inclusive language in our communications: so that everyone feels included, particularly in job postings.
Presenting profiles selected solely on the basis of skills.

2. The company chooses shared and sustainable development

➡ It allows its teams to adapt their working conditions to their personal and family needs, and creates a virtuous model where everyone in the organisation participates, in their own way, in the company's decisions and direction.
➡ It raises awareness among its stakeholders of the importance of promoting well-being at work, adapting working hours and respecting each individual.

This includes:

Ensuring the best interview conditions: environment, comfort, available time — every detail matters.
Treating the interview as a conversation: highlighting what the organisation can offer the candidate as much as what the candidates can bring to it, being attentive to their expectations in order to meet them as fairly as possible.
Creating the BOOST Employee Experience: at BOOST, we adapt working conditions to each person's needs and formalise these improvements to make them lasting.

3. The company is committed to fighting climate change and its repercussions

➡ It assesses its carbon footprint, implements corrective measures every year and contributes financially to the fight against climate change.
➡ It guides its stakeholders towards greater environmental responsibility through the ‘Avoid / Reduce / Compensate’ approach.

This includes:

Preferring trains/public transport for unavoidable business travel: for everything else, we opt for video calls, particularly for initial interview rounds.
Calculating the carbon footprint of a mission and raising client awareness of the mission's impact.

We apply these rules to ourselves too!

“Do as I say, not as I do” 🤯 That's not our philosophy.

We apply all our commitments to ourselves 🌱

Whether in our own recruitment strategy or in our management of Human Wealth:

Building a gender-balanced team.

Not waiting until the required headcount to set up a staff representative body and give employees a voice.

Giving everyone the opportunity to participate in strategic discussions that affect the organisation.

On the carbon footprint side, several fundamental decisions have been made:

Changing our food habits at gatherings (local sourcing, vegetarian diet).

Refusing to travel by plane.

Training on climate issues.

Because to be truly impactful, you must raise awareness externally, but also enforce change internally.

The BOOST Mission Committee 🌱
Being convinced is not enough — you must act and continuously improve. That's why we set up the BOOST Mission Committee. The concept? Meeting three times a year to ensure our missions are on track. A genuine quality check on our commitments, pushing us to always do better!

Going further with a Carbon Assessment 🚀

We train regularly. As we are not yet experts in the low-carbon transition, we nonetheless called on a third-party organisation to carry out our Carbon Assessment.

Objective: to precisely measure and sustainably reduce our carbon footprint.
