Based in Mies, Switzerland, FIBA is the highest governing body of world basketball. As a federation, its main mission is to develop the practice of basketball around the world, notably 3x3 basketball.

As part of the exponential growth of 3x3 basketball, FIBA decided to create a 3x3 Sports Presentation Manager role. This role was created primarily to deliver an unforgettable experience for spectators at the 50 stops of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour held every year around the world, while also involving partners in the show.

FIBA called on BOOST after several months of searching.

To match the 3x3 world and FIBA's level of expectations, we focused our search on profiles from the entertainment and events world, capable of putting together a precise brief while factoring in the local specifics of each stop and involving commercial partners in the show.

We also needed to find someone with an international background, able to easily adapt to the different cultures and types of partners encountered across the 50 stops: from political bodies to event agencies and promoters. From India to Romania, via Macau.
