The Freeride World Tour is on track to become the international freeride federation and an Olympic sport in 2030. With this outlook and destination in mind, the organisation wants to evolve its governance and the division of roles between the President and the CEO. The organisation needs a more effective and better-structured President/CEO tandem. With the Olympic ambition for the sport in 2030 on the horizon, alongside the President's planned departure at the same milestone.

A need to clarify the roles of the CEO and the President, working as a pair, like a dance for two where each person's move affects the other's. Finding a new way of working together, a new, fairer and more effective division of roles, particularly with regard to the team.

Tandem coaching over 6 months with 2 BOOST coaches. Individual sessions paired with four-way sessions to take stock and agree on each person's development.

Tandem coaching is an opportunity to move the duo forward at the same pace, asking the right questions — both individual ones and those of the pair. A long-format programme to embed the new habits and new governance over time.
