Founded in 2018, Kobi is a start-up that helps organise physical and sports activities within companies, easily allocate a sports budget to employees, and give them access to a wide range of sports perks at competitive prices.

As part of Kobi's development, and following a funding round that included Raphaël Varane, Kobi continued to grow and recruit. Having reached a critical size of around twenty employees under contract, the need arose to create an HR Business Partner role, to structure HR practices and enable Kobi to keep growing on solid foundations.

It was in this context that Kobi called on BOOST to recruit someone capable of bringing HR expertise, setting up processes, and being a genuine ally to the 3 founders, in service of the company's development.

As a recruitment firm dedicated to organisations in the sports world, we supported Kobi in this recruitment with our Talent Recruiters team, relying on a rigorous method of proactive candidate sourcing.

Our sourcing method allowed us to proactively identify and contact more than 100 profiles matching the following criteria: start-up experience, location in the North of France, and generalist HR expertise. A profile type that was highly sought-after at the time of the mission, given the many funding rounds and fast-growing companies at the time.
