Our client

For over 70 years, Puma has defined itself as "THE FASTEST SPORT BRAND IN THE WORLD", with a mission to offer ALL athletes around the world the best products to help them achieve their best performance and feel good.

Attracting top talent to Strasbourg

After several months without finding the right person, PUMA France called on BOOST to recruit a Senior Brand Manager Football, responsible for coordinating the entire marketing plan for the football category in France. An exciting role based in Strasbourg, with the challenge of attracting top talent there.

The BOOST solution

As a recruitment firm dedicated to players in the sports world, BOOST mobilised its sourcing method and network to find the right person to take the reins of a major category for the world's 3rd largest sportswear brand in a key market.

Addressing specific needs

By rigorously deploying our sourcing method, we approached 3 candidate profile types (3 personas) likely to be PUMA France's next gem. After several rounds of interviews to assess candidates' marketing skills, teamwork ability and appeal for the PUMA brand, one profile stood out!

A very well-structured recruitment process, which perfectly identifies needs and finds the best possible candidate. The many exchanges throughout the project were also very enriching. When you're satisfied and have no suggestions for improvement, doesn't that mean it's a 10/10?
