Country Manager France : missions.
Develop the brand’s business in France

Manage the ongoing sales activities and search for incremental business opportunities

Lead and support the sales force, defining and assigning objectives, and analyzing the results

Follow-up the sales network performance and make changes if needed

Manage and visit the country Key Accounts and local e-tailers

Implement price and Terms & Conditions policies in the country following global guidelines

Reach the required sales and profit margins targets by adapting the company’s Strategic Accounts strategy
Ensure the brand’s marketing and product positioning

Implement the brand strategy, developed by the global team, to be adapted for local relevance

Keep up to date on market trends, key players, and others for an accurate market analysis

Work on the product assortments for each collection according to market needs in the territory (together with Product Manager)
Manage country P&L and liaise with global team

Analyze and provide a contribution to the forecasting and planning process by sharing monthly booking and shipping forecasts

Collaborate with other stakeholders such as the marketing team to drive the in-store brand presence, to ensure excellent brand consumer awareness and connection, the Customer Support and other international teams

Develop and monitor the country’s P&L and budget

Produce monthly business performance reports
Localisation, date of arrival & compensation.
The company is looking at opening a French office soon.
Regular travel is to be expected to meet with key accounts across the country. Attendance to the 2 catalog presentations in the HQ (Barcelona region) in may and October is also expected, as well as a few international internal meetings.
The date of arrival is as soon as possible.
The contract is full-time (CDI) and includes both a fix and variable compensation.
