Missions

As the Country Manager in France, you will be the ultimate responsible for the performance of the brand, aiming to achieve sales targets, which includes 3 main missions:

1. Develop company's brand strategy in France and its product positioning

● Ensure company’s marketing and product positioning

● Implement the brand strategy, developed by the global team, to be adapted for local

relevance

● Keep up to date on market trends, key players, and others for an accurate market analysis

● Identify partnerships opportunity on the French market that can be relevant for the brand

2. Develop the brand’s business in France

● Define the sales strategy 2024/2026

● Manage the ongoing sales activities and search for incremental business opportunities

● Lead and support the internal salesforce, defining and assigning objectives, and analyzing

the results

● Follow-up the sales network performance and make changes if needed

● Prospect, manage, and visit the country Key Accounts and local e-tailers

● Implement price and Terms & Conditions policies in the country following global guidelines

● Reach the required sales and profit margins targets by adapting the company’s Strategic

Accounts strategy

● Raise brand awareness, reach new consumers and secure outstanding and aligned brand

presence at all touchpoints (digital and physical)

3. Manage sales P&L and liaise with global team

● Analyze and provide a contribution to the forecasting and planning process by sharing

monthly booking and shipping forecasts

● Collaborate with other stakeholders such as the marketing team to drive the in-store brand

presence, to ensure excellent brand consumer awareness and connection, the Customer

Support and other international teams

● Develop and monitor the region’s sales budget

● Produce monthly business performance reports

Location, date of arrival & compensation.

Job based in Paris.

Regular travel is to be expected to meet with key accounts and create new businesses across the country.

The date of arrival is for Q1 of 2024.

The contract is full-time (CDI).
