Missions

The International Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager is responsible for increasing AS Monaco's partnership revenue by marketing the club's sponsorship offerings while adhering to AS Monaco's brand image and marketing strategy.

This role encompasses the full sponsorship sales cycle:

1. Target identification and approach preparation

  • Identify key sectors and potential advertisers by analyzing international market trends and partnership opportunities for AS Monaco. ;
  • Identify decision-makers within target organizations.; 
  • Apply a targeted prospecting approach based on the contact's profile ;
  • Develop sales arguments and tools to support partnership proposals ;
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to enhance sales strategies

2. Proactive outreach and client engagement

  • Prepare, organize, and analyze meetings with prospects ;
  • Develop custom sponsorship proposals to meet the specific needs of each prospective partner ;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop the most compelling storytelling to attract brands ;
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle and lead negotiations ;
  • Ensure contractual agreements with new partners

3. Sales reporting and team collaboration

  • Provide regular reporting on ongoing sales activities ;
  • Embrace a collective, team-oriented approach to sales ;
  • Offer insights and recommendations to improve team operations
