👉 5 years of experience in executive administrative support
👉 Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): French and English required, Italian is a plus
👉 Knowledge of international tennis and local Monaco contacts would be an advantage

👉 Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy
👉 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
👉 Basic knowledge of accounting, Monaco legislation, preferred
👉 Great knowledge of office tools: email, schedule, Word, PPT, Excel. Knowledge of SAP Concur would be an advantage.
Missions
This position will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman as well as manage the duties related to the office.
1. Executive Support & Coordination
- Arrange international and domestic travel, visas, transport, and accommodation for the Chairman.
- Schedule meetings or conference calls on behalf of the Chairman.
- Manage expense records and reports for reimbursement.
- Initiate/write correspondence as needed. Convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents.
- Maintain appointment diary for Chairman and handle correspondence as appropriate.
- Liaise with Board members and other executives or constituents when appropriate.
- Assist with the logistical organization of Tournament & Board meetings in the European region.
- Work closely with and support the EA to the CEO, participating in various projects and initiatives.
- Perform other assignments as requested by the Chairman or EA to the CEO.
2. Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee administrative operations of the Monaco office, ensuring efficient management of office supplies, maintenance, and general administrative tasks.
- Manage monthly payroll for Monaco office staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. Includes ongoing oversight of Monaco staff annual leave & recoup day allocations on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with local Monaco accountants and auditors to manage ATP SAM accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain a full-time office presence to ensure smooth operations (five days a week, no remote work).
3. Financial & Logistical Management
- Coordinate ATP sponsorship payments to European tournaments, working closely with the ATP Commercial team.
- Negotiate and secure preferred hotel rates in Monaco, managing bookings for ad hoc player requests.
- Provide travel, hotel, and expense support for Monaco office senior management.
- Organize and manage office social activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on current practices and trends in the professional field.
