Profil

👉Senior HR leader with 7+ years of experience, including building and managing high-performing teams in dynamic environments.

👉 Strong background in multi-site and international contexts, with deep expertise in employee relations and European labour law.

👉 Proven ability to lead change and transformation, advising executive leaders and driving performance and engagement.

👉 Experience designing and implementing HR programs that enhance employee experience and support organisational goals.

👉 Industry background in retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred — sporting goods experience is a plus.

👉 Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) and able to communicate clearly across diverse audiences and cultures.

👉 People-first, business-minded, and pragmatic, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Missions

1. Strategic HR leadership

  • Act as a trusted partner to the President Europe and Brand Managers, aligning People strategy with business objectives.
  • Advise on key transformations (organizational changes, team integration, retail expansion).
  • Champion HR as a transformational function, driving innovation over traditional support models.
  • Lead the rollout of the Group ERP (2026) in line with system unification and operational efficiency.

2. People strategy & employee relations 

  • Oversee all core HR operations in Europe: administration, Compensation & Benefits, and legal compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations issues and coach regional HR teams.
  • Ensure alignment with European labour laws while supporting day-to-day HR excellence.
  • Manage annual People processes (performance, compensation, succession planning) with rigour and consistency.

3. Talent, culture & engagement 

  • Design and deploy a talent development strategy aligned with KMD Brands’ values and performance goals.
  • Support managers in leadership development and team effectiveness.
  • Foster an inclusive, learning-driven, and high-performance culture across all brands.
  • Drive Diversity & Inclusion, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives based on employee feedback and data.

4. Global collaboration & ESG commitment

  • Collaborate with global HR teams (Australia, New Zealand) to ensure consistency and best-practice sharing.
  • Adapt Group-wide initiatives locally while maintaining global alignment.
  • Lead People-related ESG and B Corp initiatives, promoting a culture of responsibility and impact.
  • Support the health, safety, and wellbeing agenda across all European operations.
