Rugby Europe is the European governing body responsible for the promotion, development, administration and management of international competitions for the 48 member unions across the continent. The association organises more than 130 international XV’s matches and 15 rugby Sevens tournaments each year, including the Men's European XV’s Championships (Championship, Trophy, Conference 1 & 2, Development), the U20 and U18 European XV’s Championships, and all the Rugby 7s Competitions for the European Nations Men and Women, European Championships and regional qualifications for the Olympic Games. Rugby Europe is one of World Rugby's five regional associations.

Missions
1. Competition Coordination & Development
- Coordination for “Conference” level:
- Organization and follow-up of competitions,
- Management of the participating teams,
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and schedules,
- Verify and file Match Reports.
- Coordination of activities related to rugby development:
- Management of the "Cross Border" program for youth categories,
- Supervision of Rugby Europe-approved competitions,
- Coordination of Beach Rugby and Rugby Sevens for clubs,
- Oversight of the European Rugby Sevens Ranking.
- Coordination of the Stadium Certification Program:
- Development and management of the competition system in collaboration with the Director.
- Follow-up of requests.
2. Logistics & Event Management
- Coordination of logistics for match officials (referee kits, audio system, flights).
- Management of trophies and medals.
- Supervision of in-stadia scoring and time display systems.
3. Data Management & Special Projects
- Manage approval and registration of profiles according to eligibility criteria in the "Sportlomo" database.
- Ensure updates and competitions’ monitoring.
- Follow-up of maintenance and management of the database.
- Follow-up of specific projects as requested by the Director of Competitions (e.g., Erasmus project).
- Provide active participation in the department organizing European rugby competitions.
