👉 At least 8 years of experience in brand marketing within the gaming/esports industry.

👉 Fluency in English.

This role is crucial for supporting Team Vitality global leadership ambitions in the esports industry and you will be a leading force in the Marketing team.

1. Elaborate and sustain a strategic and corporate communication planning:

  • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that serve the diverse needs of all BUs ensuring it aligns with our image and business objectives. 
  • Ensure brand positioning and messaging is impactful and inspirational while nurturing our brand platform and tone of voice.
  • Optimize campaign planning across all touchpoints, including Social Medias, PR, Paid Media, CRM, Website, App, Ambassadors, Players and Corporate initiatives to enhance customer journeys.
  • Manage and maximize the communication budget to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the corporate communication plan.

2. Monitor the digital marketing expertise:

  • Pilot the social media strategy to improve performance metrics such as followers, impressions, hours watched, etc…, engagement and conversions, in collaboration with the social media team.
  • Direct the media agency's efforts in supporting business initiatives related to brand awareness, fan acquisition and merchandising conversion.
  • Implement a cross-channel, customer-centric strategy to boost engagement and conversions, supported by our data analyst.
  • Enhance SEO and drive traffic to our main digital properties.

3. Ensure the efficiency and collaborative team environment:

In terms of analytics: 

  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate the success of communication strategies and inform future campaigns.
  • Establish and track metrics and KPIs with monthly reports and action plans to assess communication impact across various business units.

In terms of people development: 

  • Mentor and lead the communication team towards performance, creativity and collaboration.
  • Maintain a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
