Created in 2013, Team Vitality is one of the main leaders of the esports industry, with world-class athletes competing in 8 different games. In 8 years, the team has taken part in more than 1000 events, ranking TOP 3 in more than 250 of them.The team’s ambition is such that excellence is a mantra for the whole organization, not only the athletes. The team has recently filled major positions with highly skilled people. Over the years, he team has however managed to keep it’s start-up mindset with half of the team aged under 30 y.o.t

Profile

👉 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication (or related field)

👉 8/10 years of experience, with at least 4+ years in a similar role

👉 Experience in the entertainment industries (gaming, sport, music, lifestyle…)

👉 Data-driven marketer leveraging market insights and owning performance dashboards

👉 Creative and innovative

👉 A true leader, able to own and deliver projects

Missions

Communication plan

  • Deliver communication impact against key image & business goals by driving integrated communication strategies from definition to operational excellence
  • Ensure positioning and messaging, maximising impact and inspiration to the audience
  • Deliver campaign planning to optimize touch points (Social Media, PR, Influence, Event, Website, App, Corp) and customer journeys
  • Drive budget (200 - 300k€) and maximises communication spend to drive efficiency
  • Reporting to managing committee

Social media & PR

  • Lead the social media plans in close cooperation with the social media team, drive performance, and manage resources allocation
  • Lead the PR plans in close cooperation with the agencies and drive performance

Corporate communications​

  • Lead the Corporate plan
  • Create the best capabilities to optimize team VItality’s CEO’s external communication as the face of the brand

Management​

  • Direct management of a team of 4 (french-speaking), plus 4 other people (indirect reporting, english-speaking)

Location, date of arrival & compensation.

Team Vitaliy’s headquarters are located in the heart of Paris (Boulevard Sebastopol, 3rd district) but the Team also has offices within the Stade de France (Saint-Denis). Home-office is accepted up to 2 days a week. Arrival as soon as possible.
