Missions
To accelerate its international digital growth, the company is looking for a Head of E-commerce to lead its online sales strategy, optimize the customer experience, and drive overall commercial performance.
This is a strategic and hands-on role at the heart of the brand, working closely with product, marketing, and tech teams.
1. Define and Lead the Global E-commerce Strategy
- Build the digital roadmap and define a clear vision for online sales growth
- Set market-specific priorities (EU, UK, US, Asia) and oversee commercial performance by region
- Provide regular strategic reporting and insights to leadership
2. Optimize the Website and User Experience
- Manage the Shopify platform: merchandising, content, conversion, UX, SEO
- Drive technical improvements in collaboration with developers
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey, including post-purchase
3. Leverage Data & Activate CRM Performance
- Analyze customer data (GA, Data Studio, UX tools) to guide strategy
- Develop and automate CRM journeys (via Klaviyo, Lexer)
- Work closely with marketing and customer service to improve retention
4. Launch High-Impact E-commerce Campaigns
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to plan product launches and editorial campaigns
- Ensure consistency across messaging, design, offers, and brand identity
- Monitor campaign performance and identify key optimization levers.
Profil attendu
Expected profile.
Experience
👉 5–10 years in e-commerce or digital roles, ideally within premium, lifestyle, or sports brands
👉 Experience in international and omnichannel environments (Europe, UK, US, Asia)
👉 Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify), CRM tools (Klaviyo, Hubspot), and analytics (GA4, Looker, etc.)
👉 Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
👉 Passion for sport, or high-quality products is a strong plus

👉 Excellent communication skills in both French and English
