As part of its development in France, the company is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager France to lead and support all HR operations across both its retail network and corporate office. Based in Paris, you will play a key role in implementing the local people strategy and in fostering a fair, engaging, and high-performance work environment.

Profile
👉 4-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, ideally in retail and/or corporate environments
👉 Proven experience managing French employee relations and working with works councils
👉 Experience in a matrix and international organization is a strong advantage
👉Bilingual in French and English (written & spoken)
Skills
👉 Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR compliance
👉 Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
👉 Organized, detail-oriented and results-driven
👉 Workday or HRIS experience preferred
Missions
1. HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Act as a key point of contact for managers and associates on all HR topics
- Manage complex employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievances, etc.)
- Ensure fair and compliant application of French labour law
- Coach and support managers in daily HR management and decisions
2. Talent & Organizational Development
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for key roles
- Support performance and talent management cycles
- Identify and coordinate learning & development initiatives
- Partner with EMEA HR team on regional HR strategy rollouts
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure flawless delivery of HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle
- Manage HR policies and adapt them to local legal requirements
- Oversee offboarding and internal mobility processes
- Ensure alignment with global processes and tools (Workday, etc.)
4. Culture & Engagement
- Promote employee engagement, wellbeing and DE&I initiatives
- Contribute to a strong company culture and act as an HR ambassador
- Organize and support local culture and community activities
