👉 Experience in digital / sports : at least 5 years of business development experience, ideally in the sports & digital sectors

Missions

Samba Digital is currently undergoing significant growth and is looking to solidify its market presence in the United Kingdom and across Europe. In this context, they are recruiting a Business Development Director to focus on expanding their customer base in these regions. The role is key in driving the company’s sales efforts and monetization strategies, with the goal of positioning Samba Digital as a leader in the sports digital marketing space in the UK.

This recruitment comes at a crucial time, as the company aims to diversify its service offering beyond social media management, integrating data analytics and internationalization strategies to offer more comprehensive solutions to their clients.

1. Develop the client portfolio (70%)

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with sports clubs, leagues, and federations in the UK
  • Actively participate in events to promote Samba Digital's services
  • Implement customized commercial strategies for each prospect

2. Manage & support existing clients  (20%)

  • Build loyalty and support the development of current clients.
  • Propose additional services (social media, data, internationalization) to maximize their global presence.
  • Ensure regular and strategic follow-up to increase future collaboration opportunities.

3. Contribute to monetization strategy  (10%)

  • Help develop new monetization strategies for our clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the coherence of commercial offers.
  • Be proactive in suggesting expanded services beyond social media.
