Missions
As a Global Partnerships Manager, you will lead, develop and close category specific global and series wide partnerships for the company.
- Contribute to the sales strategy
 
- Lead the corporate communication plan.
 - Source best practices and latest trends from sports industry, marketing industry, and sponsorship industry to support and lead the development of programming for prospective clients
 - Identify category-based and sport focused series partnerships
 - Determine potential prospects and key decision makers to target within those companies
 
- Actively participate to the prospection, negotiation and closing of the deals
 
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline leading to achieve set out goals
 - Develop global company leads to grow across global portfolio
 - Create innovative and tailor made partnership proposals with relevant storytelling
 
- Report and collaborate with other team members
 
- Collaborate closely between the various business unit partners to ensure effectivecross-utilization of the assets that optimizes enterprise revenues
 - Develop and update as necessary internal partnership processes to ensure efficient andeffective working practices incorporating all cross functional areas including partnershipsteams, Business Intelligence, Digital and Marketing
 - Ensure regular sales reporting and cooperation with other sales team members

Expected profile.
Profile
👉 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of selling sports partnerships into C-Level
👉 Experience operating within the global business market
👉 Ability to work independently
👉 Analytic with a data driven approach to business
👉 Team spirit
Skills
👉 Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
👉 Fluent English and French
👉 Ability to think quickly, strategically and manage multiple priorities
👉 Experience with Sponsorship Sales and CRM activity tracking systems
